Yesterday I had the honour of working 2 wedding parties. 1 in the morning with Fancyface INC and a friends wedding. Unfortunately I did not get to take very good photos of the first wedding as I had to jet off to the second one, but I caught a gorgeous glimpse of the 2nd bride in her gown. On the first bride we did airbrushing, and kept it very natural she did a very earthy smokey eye with browns and greys and a semi bronzed look, on our 2nd bride, her colour theme was purple so we created a smokey eye with a hint of plum and grey in there, she had gorgeous green eyes so we really wanted to make them pop. I had my good friend Cassandra Bradshaw assist me on this wedding, as it was a large bridal party and she knocked it out of the park, all the girls looked stunning - for both weddings. A big congratulations to Victoria and Ashley on their big day.

Wedding season is in full swing! Last weekend I had my first bride of the season (Wendy). We had done airbrushing and a smokey eye with some pinks, golds and charcoal browns all incorporated. The end result was gorgeous. It was a traditional Chinese wedding, so the gold embroidery in her wedding dress looked stunning up against her glowing/ highlighted face and chest. I am beyond excited to see the finals from her big day. There is nothing like a happy client and gorgeous photos to really kick start your positive attitude and rev you up for wedding season. This weekend, I have the honour of 2 more weddings, Victoria Lang and Ashley Brown, and I actually have an friend of mine Cassandra Bradshaw helping me out with the second wedding of the day! It’ll be really fun to work along side of her again,

Today I am working along side EBay Canada for an exclusive photo shoot with VAWK and later on this evening I will be doing a makeup trial on a lovely bride to be at the FANCY FACE INC studio. It’s going to be a great day!

I was just given this lovely behind the scenes shot from last weeks Jagermeister shoot with Giant Shoe Creative. I’ve got my game face on, making sure her hair is perfect for the next round of shots. The lighting is great and I can’t wait to actually see the promotional advertisements!
